Buying products from web sites can be tricky, and I want to make your purchase experience as reassuring as possible. I hope that you'll be delighted with your purchases, that you'll come back and purchase again, and that you'll tell your friends about Wyndencleh.

Your Guarantee

But, if the products that you receive do not meet your expectations, then I want to know ...send me an email and tell me what is wrong. If you wish to return printed works, please contact me before you do so, and within 15 days of receiving them. When I've received your items, I'll refund your purchase price. You are responsible for shipping costs. Because of their fragility, original artworks are typically not returnable.

And, should you have questions or concerns,  it's much better for everyone if you ask before you order, rather than after!

Your Privacy

Why I ask for information from you....

If you ask a question, if you want to place an order, or if you'd like to make a comment, then I need your email address so that I can get back to you. I request your name because it's easier to carry on a conversation (even an email conversation) when we have each other's names.

If you want to place an order, then I need more specific address information, which you can send to me by email or with your payment, as you prefer.

How I use the information that you give me

These are the ways that I might use the information that you give me:

• If you make a complimentary or interesting comment about my products, then I may want to display that comment in future on the web site. If so, then I would display the comment, along with your initials or first name and your general geographic location. I would not display your full name or your address. So, there is the possibility that your comment will be displayed on the site (for all the world to see) at some point, unless you specifically request otherwise.
• I may occasionally send you email notices when I am working on a product that I think might interest you. This would be infrequent email; if you want to discontinue receiving email from me at any time, simply email or contact me with that request.

Other than that, I do not share the information that you send me with others -- not with other companies, advertisers, or marketers.  I value my privacy, and I expect that you value yours as well.
