If you are located in Canada and if you’d like to include your phone number in your email, I’ll give you a call.
After we’ve discussed your project, I’ll send you an email message with details on the project cost, (based on what we’ve discussed), and where to send your photos or CDs. I’ll also need an agreement signed by you that states that you are not infringing on anyone’s copyright by using the material you’ll be sending. If you are sending CDs full of digital photos, it’s essential that you clearly identify which photos you want me to use.
You’ll then send me your photos or CDs, the signed agreement, and a deposit of 50% of the total project cost.
It’s recommended that you ship your materials using an insured method that has a tracking number. I’ll send you an email confirmation when I receive your package. When I’ve finished your DVD, I’ll ship it and your source materials back to you, insured, and I’ll email the tracking number to you so you know your project is on its way!
Remember that although I am extremely careful to keep your photos safe, I can’t be held responsible for lost or damaged material. Don’t send the only copies of your precious mementos.
